Shop Tools

Free standing on the SE area of our 1 acre lot. Wood stick construction, 26' x 28' with 2-roll-up doors, and an entry door. Comp (new) roof and an attic thermo controlled exhaust fan.

The inside is served with a mini-split HVAC system with remote control. All lighting is LED. Electrical service is a drop straight from power pole at 200A with a UFER ground. The building is old and has the existing concrete floor which is fairly level. The shop is insulated and has Sheetrock and paint.

While re-building the workshop, compressed air line were installed with several outlets and an Oneida Dust Cyclone was installed with 4" PVC piing throughout the shop. Twp WEN air filtration modules hang from the ceiling.

The Lazy i philosophy, inspired by Mrs. Lazy i, dictates that when possible, buy quality equipment, second-hand if possible. This mean lots of garage sales, estate sales and internet ads. Lucky for the Lazy i, the Mrs. loves all of these shopping methods!

• SawStop Table Saw- 1.75HP Professional Cabinet Saw (PCS) This saw is awesome! But do not use to slice deli meats. Gets expensive really fast! My old 1996 Craftsman Table Saw was sold to a woodworker making moldings for the Delta Queen Riverboat in Old Sacramento. That is too cool.

Several high quality fire extinguishers are on hand. Same for security cameras, security sensors, cable television, stereo with speakers in & out, blue tooth connectivity and space for when I bring out the laptop.

I am often asked what designer I am wearing. Below is a list of my apparel, but please be advised I receive nothing from the manufacturers. So only buy these items if you want to be stylin' like the Lazy i!
